Herbes Biniarbolla is an artisanal liqueur that honors the original recipe of the Quintana family, passed down from generation to generation since the monks of Monte Toro in the 1930s. Inspired by the ancient herbal remedies crafted by the monks, this liqueur keeps alive the legacy of tradition and respect for time-honored methods.
Made with 16 organic botanicals grown through regenerative agriculture on the Binissaida des Barrancons estate, each herb is hand-harvested just a few kilometers from our distillery in Es Castell. Our meticulous cold maceration process, lasting 40 days, draws out the pure essence of each ingredient, creating an authentic liqueur free from additives and colorants.
