Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, in order to be accepted for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returned items will not be accepted without prior approval of the return request.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Due to Order Error: If the product does not match the order, due to an error on the company's part, the user must notify us by email at info@biniarbolla.es upon receipt; COLONIA SUESTRA S.L will cover the delivery costs for the item corresponding to the original order.

Guarantee in Case of Defective Product: In the case of a defective product, COLONIA SUESTRA S.L. will proceed with the repair, replacement, or refund of the amount paid, at no cost to the user.

COLONIA SUESTRA S.L. is responsible for non-compliance that occurs within three years from the delivery date; the consumer must inform COLONIA SUESTRA S.L. of the non-compliance within 14 days of becoming aware of it.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Reflection Period in the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. As with the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
